This sheath is made of 1/8 inch thick ultra soft cowhide full-grain leather.

Kohlefaser Dieser extrem widerstandsfähige Werkstoff besteht aus Kohlenstoffatomen, die zu mikroskopisch feinen Fasern (5 bis 15 Mikrometer im Durchmesser) aneinandergereiht werden. Mehrere Tausend Kohlestofffasern werden zusammen zu einem Faden aufgewickelt, der unverändert verwendet oder mit Epoxydharz gewebt und verschmolzen werden kann.
