Claude Dozorme Clos Laguiole wineopener with mammothtusk
Handcrafted CLOS Laguiole Sommelier Knife 12 cm
Exclusive waiter’s corkscrew from France with stabilized mammoth molar handle scales
“Clos” is the French term for an enclosed vineyard and has long been associated with traditional French winemaking. This refined sommelier knife reflects that heritage through exceptional craftsmanship.
The handle scales are made from stabilized mammoth molar, a rare and legally traded natural material with a distinctive structure and historical significance. The substantial thickness of the scales provides an outstanding feel and a truly premium appearance.
Hand-guilloché work on the spring, the iconic Laguiole bee, and the adjustable spindle emphasize the exclusive character of this sommelier knife. It fits perfectly in the hand.
A stylish leather pouch is included.
