Au Sabot, founded in Thiers in 1870, is one of the oldest French cutlery brands and specialises in producing a wide range of cutlery using traditional methods in its workshops. The regional folding knives, which offer specific shapes for almost every department, are particularly well-known in Germany. In addition to folding knives, the range also includes table and kitchen knives, all 100% made in France and recognised for their exceptional cutting quality and durability.
