PERCEVAL L08 mammoth damascus unique piece

Exclusive L08 with Mammoth Ivory Handle Scales – Unique Piece

This exceptional L08 knife features handle scales crafted from small pieces of mammoth ivory and mammoth bark ivory. The fragments are stabilized with brown resin (Rafir), creating a stunning and unique texture.

The wide handle scales of the L08 highlight the rare fossil material beautifully, making each piece truly one of a kind.

The blade is forged from premium stainless powder-metallurgical rose Damascus steel. With its intricate Damascus pattern, the wide blade is a true eye-catcher. Expertly ground, it is both extremely fine and razor-sharp – a masterpiece of craftsmanship.

Straightening, assembly, guillochage (French filework engraving technic), shaping, polishing, finishing

and sharpening are all handcrafted in our Thiers workshop.
