Laguiole knife equipped with hand decorated double plates (top and bottom) in the traditional size of 12 cm. Doubleplate knives are more torsion-resistant, slightly heavier and wider. The knives bear the LOG (Laguiole original guarantee) seal of quality, means they have been manufactured entirely on site in Laguiole/Espalion by a master blacksmith traditional handcrafted according to with the strict LOG quality criteria and production specifications.
