It feels great in the hand. The handle is smooth-ground and matt. The blade is made of cutting-friendly, stainless 12C27 Sandvik steel.
An oyster is laser engraved on the back of the blade. The scope of delivery includes a wooden storage box, which is also made by DUTILLEUL INDUSTRIES.
