The CAPUCIN impresses with its modern and elegant lines. For many centuries it was one of the most widespread folding knives in southern France.

Its handle shape is reminiscent of a monk with his characteristic monk's hood, hence the name CAPUCIN. The solidly crafted handle is made of hand-selected, bush-hammered beech wood and fits comfortably in the hand.

The CAPUCIN belongs to the "Piémontais" knife type, whose roots go back to the Middle Ages. It does not lock. The eye-catcher of this CAPUCIN is certainly the damask blade handmade by Franck Souville.
