This set is handmade by AU SABOT, based in Thiers, the French capital for cutlery. The small knives are well suited for cutting vegetables or fruit, but they are also suitable as steak knives thanks to their sharply ground blade. Also included in the set are a practical paring knife and a peeler.
The solid handles of the knives are made of brightly coloured beech wood. The knives fit comfortably in the hand. The satin-finished blade is made of high-quality, cutting-friendly X46CR13 stainless steel.
