BUNKA handmade professional chef's knife with a stainless 14C28N blade, stonewashed finish
exceptional and perfectly balanced chef's knife with an ultra sharp honed blade made of high quality 14C28N steel. The steel has a hardness of 59HRC and is easy to resharpen. The stonewashed blade is a special eye-catcher. The scales are made from stabilized masur birch wood blue tinted.
After five years of training, among others, and at CFAI also in the forge of Atelier Perceval, ALEXIS DEBRIENNE went into business for himself and founded his company KLEOS in 2021, based in Thiers, the "knife capital" of France.
He drew and designed his first models. Meticulous and demanding, Alexis strives above all for aesthetics and quality. From the selection of materials and steels to the production of his knives. He supervises and controls everything himself, so no detail is left to chance. As a perfectionist, it is important for him that the customer is satisfied.
