The Tirabusciò is an exclusive creation of the SALADINI forge. After screwing in the spindle, the lever is folded out and placed on the neck of the bottle. Now the tool is not pulled as with other sommeliers, but pressed down as with a lever. The lever action is optimised.
Olive wood, buffalo horn or ochshorn are available for the handle finish.
