Manu Laplace has now developed elegant table knives identical to the legendary 1515 folding knife.
The PARIS table knife from the Globetrotter collection has handle scales made of ebony wood that is soft on the hand. The handle scales are decorated by hand with an ethnic pattern. The plates have been given a finely hammered guillochage. The knife fits perfectly in the hand.
The perfectly and very sharply ground blade is made of 14C28N Sandvik stainless steel. The surface of the blade is matt oxidised, the edge polished, an absolute eye-catcher. The knife comes with a handmade leather case, which is perfect for taking to a restaurant or barbecue.
Each knife is elaborately handcrafted and is unique.
