The Laguiole cutlery was handmade in the traditional forge of Laguiole en Aubrac in the small village of Espalion. The handles are made of handpicked, peppery-scented juniper wood. The cutlery is also decorated with the traditional shepherd's cross. The back of the cutlery has been guilloched by hand. The obligatory bee adorns the end of the handle. Blade, prongs etc. are mirror polished. The cutlery can be extended at any time, as all the other serving cutlery on offer has the same guillochage.
