According to sample books, this knife model from Robert Klaas can be traced back to 1932.
It is not a typical pocket knife, but a folding knife with a serrated blade. The rounded blade tip, characteristic of a bread roll knife, indicates its primary function: cutting bread rolls and also fruits.
It is also ideal for cutting fruit, whether you’re out and about or in the office.
The handle scales are made from boxwood and have an oiled finish. The blade is made from 1.4034 stainless steel and is polished.
