Collector's knife with DSC® rose damascus stainless Damascus blade
The handle scales of this elegant Laguiole model are crafted from finely grained, stabilised maple burl, a green layer adds a beautiful accent. The bolster and handle of the knife have been finished by hand with exquisite filing.
The handle material itself is a real eye-catcher, but the icing on the cake of this exclusive knife is undoubtedly the Damascus blade. The DSC® STAINLESS stainless Damascus steel of the blade comes from Markus Balbach. The steel has a fine grain and impresses with its edge retention. It has a Rockwell hardness of approximately 62 HRC.

The company CLAUDE DOZORME was founded in 1902 in the heart of Auvergne, in the French knife capital of Thiers. The tradition of the forge has been continued for over 100 years and was family-owned until 2022. Didier Perret is the new owner of the traditional company since March 2022.
CLAUDE DOZORME manufactures all knives from A-Z in its own workshop. The range includes traditional Laguiole pocket knives, avant-garde folding knives and tableware.
The master blacksmiths are regularly trained in new knife making and sharpening techniques. CLAUDE DOZORME uses only the best, finest materials. The knife forge is regarded as one of the most innovative forges, whose products have already won many design awards.
