Laguiole Arbalète G. David - Cutler in Thiers
Founded in 1810, the forge was taken over by Arbalete Gênes David in 1922. The traditional forge is now managed by Christoph Durand.
Both Thiers knives and all Laguiole knives are made by hand in the company's own workshop in Thiers.
