This special unique piece has handle scales made of alder burlwood. The elegant line of the Laguiole knife is accentuated by the solid handle. A red G10 liner adds a beautiful accent. A pretty detail is the front rivet underlaid with a brass disc.

This noble individual piece stands out with its beautiful guillochage. The decoration of the resort continues over the "bee". Another very filigree work is the guillochage of the plates. One has to bear in mind that the ornaments are made freehand. A masterly feat of craftsmanship.

The blade is perfectly centred and has a pleasant feel. It is made of 12C27MOD Sandvik steel, which is easy to sharpen and has a matt finish.
